A leader is someone who guides a group of people into a success of a common goal between the team. Any organization needs a leader to have a better guide toward that goal; every leader has his place to stand on, everything depends on the type of organization that leader works with. A leader has a lot of roles he can guide the team with; he may be on the team as a member, or sometimes outside the team to play another role of a leader guiding that team. A stakeholder is a group that supports the organization by backing it up, without a stakeholder the organization would cease to exist. They play a high role for that organization, and can affect the team morale in a lot of ways; a stakeholder isn’t there only for the business reasons. They hold the team together as they take care of everything needed from the whole organization itself.
Of course the leadership is needed by every organization; a team can’t function without a leader for them to guide to the top. The leader is the center of every team to communicate in the right way, where he holds the team in his shoulder, connecting them as one team. The leader has to connect with the team, getting everything to be agreed upon the team itself, not just ordering them. Not anybody can have the role of leader, or can at least be successful at it; the leader has to have patience and vision for the team. Everything needs a center to rely into; the same goes for an organization where they need a leader for that purpose, the goal of a leader is to use every member of that team to the fullest to achieve the goal of that organization.
